Managed Mobile VPN

ipUnplugged's Mobile VPN solution provides the means for users to roam from the corporate LAN, to the wireless LAN, out to any other wide area wireless network. It is designed to fit into a large-scale deployment and the management interface makes it suitable for a managed service. The system can be deployed centrally or distributed. Seamless Roaming

With standards-compliant Mobile IP implemented in both the Roaming Client & Roaming Gateway, Service Providers can offer seamless mobility for continuous services, across their own access networks, integrating with new IMS and IP-based services. Being based on Mobile IP, this can easily integrate into the upcoming WWAN networks such as WiMAX, 3GPP & 3GPP2, all incorporating Mobile IP. Through enhanced scalability & flexibility a seamless mobility can easily be deployed to hundreds of thousands of simultaneous users.

Internet Access Control on Wireless Hotspots

At Wireless Hotspots, users and subscribers need different ways to authenticate themselves. ipUnplugged's Internet Access Control solution gives the user a variety of ways to authenticate, a web-based captive portal being the most common. Others ways include Mobile IP authentication, GIS authentication, and credit card payment. Read more here

Corporate Hotspot

The combination of a Managed Mobile VPN solution and an Internet Access control solution enables the carrier managed corporate Hotspot. It provides the means to deploy public hotspots at corporate sites that can be used both by employees and visitors. The value to the enterprise resides in the combination of a full-blown Mobile VPN solution that can also be used in other networks and public hotspots.
